What do people do about an address for official stuff?
We're planning a European trip for a year from this autumn with our kids, 11 and 6. For vehicle registration, bank account, insurance etc, you need an address, which by definition we won't have, being on the move. What do people do?

We used my parents address for the year that we travelled for some things. We redirected our mail from our home address so we still had the same address according to all the records. Make most of your correspondence electronic. You will not get us much mail as you might think in that year either. My mum became my personal secretary and had a joint card with a bank account we could transfer money to. She could pay bills and bank cheques for us easily. All went well.
